Who is responsible

This site belongs to Pedro Sardinha (SARDesign). For anything about your data, write to geral@sardesign.pt.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools, so there is nothing to accept or reject. The fonts and scripts are served from this site, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any other company while you browse.

To bring you back to the same spot when you return from a project page, your browser remembers how far you had scrolled. That stays in your browser, is never sent anywhere, and is deleted when you close the tab.

The contact form

When you send the form, I receive your name, your email, what you wrote about your project and, if you chose one, when you’d like to start. I use them only to reply to you and to talk about your project. I don’t add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone.

The legal basis is your own request: you asked me to get in touch about a possible project (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

If we don’t end up working together, I delete your message within 12 months.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives the form and passes it on to my email. Like any web host, Netlify keeps short-lived technical records (such as IP addresses) to keep the site running and secure. Netlify is based in the United States; its data processing terms cover data sent from the EU.

Links to other sites

The LinkedIn and Instagram links take you to those sites, which have their own privacy rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it’s used, by writing to geral@sardesign.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
